ACZC is open for in-person sitting, no registration required. All are welcome! All sessions are hosted both in person and on Zoom unless otherwise indicated. (email for Zoom access info.)
Weekly Schedule
Tuesday - Friday: 7-8am
Morning Meditation - One hour of zazen with an optional five minute stretch break in the middle
Monday: 7:30-9pm
Meditation & Discussion - 30 minutes of zazen followed by a dharma talk/discussion
Wednesday: 7:30-9pm
Meditation & Zen Lit Discussion - 30 minutes of zazen followed by a discussion of a passage from Zen literature (no preparation necessary)
Saturday: 10am-12:15pm
Meditation & Discussion - Two 30-minute rounds of zazen with five minute walking meditation in the middle, followed by a dharma talk/discussion
