Join us as Andrew William, an American garden designer living in Japan for the last decade shares insider access to one of the most unique temples in all of Kyoto. Through his close relationship with the head monk of this mountain temple he will share with you this fascinating story that has never been told in such depth in English before.
Founded over 1,000 years ago and abandoned during WWII, what has become of this temple since the war is nothing short of amazing. High-quality HD videos which include vintage clips from 40 years ago when this temple was being brought back to life will be shared as he virtually guides us through the grounds.
Along the way there will be plenty of chances to share your thoughts and ask questions. While virtually traveling through space and time this is a chance to be immersed in true peace and tranquility.
